Return Process if you are unsatisfied with the product

After you have purchased any product from balihealingoil.eu within 14 days of receipt and are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return the product to us and we will gladly refund to you 100% of its purchase price (including sending cost) . Please try out the product within 14 days of receipt because after this time period, RMA's cannot be issued.

  2. Securely package item(s) in original packaging

  3. Please write RMA number on outside of package. For your protection we highly recommend you use a traceable and insurable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damage packages.

  4. Once your return is received and verified, we will ship your exchanged items or credit your original purchase method for the price of the item(s) usually within 14 business days of receipt.
